Kennesaw, January 26, 2015 ― Client Development Manager Courtney O’Connor attended the Printing and Imaging Association of Georgia (PIAG) Annual Meeting in Smyrna, Georgia on January 22, 2015. The gathering is held every year as a combination board meeting to install new officers and an annual conference for its members. The theme for this year’s event was “Survive and Thrive in 2-0-1-5.”
Kennesaw, December 17, 2014 ― VJI staff recently joined for a year-end breakfast followed by a meeting and volunteer bag lunch project. The morning get-together was held at the local First Watch Daytime Café, which recently opened near VJI’s Kennesaw office. For most employees, it was the first visit to the eatery, which has more than 100 locations in 13 states.
Kennesaw, December 1, 2014 ―VJI Business Development Coordinator Courtney O’Connor volunteered to help the Thanks for Giving Program hosted by the Center for Family Resources on November 21 at Jim R. Miller Park in Marietta. She was one of more than 400 volunteers that came together to sort, pack, and provide over 70,000 food items to 1,400 Cobb County families.
Kennesaw, October 15, 2014 ― VJI Business Development Coordinator Courtney O’Connor attended the Institute for Professionals in Taxation luncheon held at Maggiano’s Restaurant in Smyrna on October 14. The luncheon featured guest speakers who discussed current issues in Canadian sales tax.
Kennesaw, October 15, 2014 ― VJI’s Business Development Coordinator Courtney O’Connor took a 2-hour drive on October 8 to attend the 2014 Southern Automotive Conference in Birmingham, Alabama. The two-day event had more than 500 attendees from automobile manufacturers, automotive suppliers and from professional organizations including the Southern Automotive Women’s Forum and manufacturing associations representing Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
