Kennesaw, July 15, 2014 ─ The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Destin, Florida was the host site of this year’s U.S. Poultry & Egg Association’s Financial Management Seminar attended by VJI Tax Manager Chris Wiggins. The annual seminar is held to ensure that industry financial managers stay informed of accounting practices and tax laws that affect the industry.

Kennesaw, May 19, 2014 ― VJI Business Development Coordinator Courtney O’Connor participated in a personal effectiveness workshop on Monday, May 12. Sponsored by the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce through its Cobb Young Professionals Program, the workshop was led by award-winning small business advocate Barbara Hickey, the founder of The Coalition of Cobb County Georgia Business Associations and author of Top 40 Tips of Business Etiquette.

Kennesaw, April 15, 2014 ─ Chris Wiggins, VJI Tax Manager, joined other Cobb County professionals for a round of golf at the Cobb Young Professionals Golf Tournament held at the Canongate Golf Bentwater Golf Club in Acworth, Georgia on April 4. Sponsored by Atlanta Blood Services and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the event raises money for a nonprofit organization of the winning team’s choosing.
