Kennesaw, November 18, 2013 ─ V Jordan Inc. has recently added a new member to its sales team, Business Development Coordinator Courtney O’Connor. Courtney is a graduate of Kennesaw State University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree. She worked at CarMax for thirteen years where she advanced from hiring, training, and educating professional staff to her last assignment as assistant supervisor in the finance department. Courtney led the way in generating increased revenue by establishing systems and metrics that increased productivity and effectiveness at CarMax. She designed a mentorship program that is still being used by CarMax. The program fostered leadership skills in high-performing associates and drove achievement in underperforming associates by strategically pairing them at work. Courtney’s responsibilities at V Jordan, Inc. will be contacting potential clients, arranging appointments, and following up on sales leads. Her skills and experience as a leader, analyst, and strategist will certainly lead to more responsibilities and a bright future ahead at V Jordan, Inc.
