V Jordan Inc. Holds Enrich 2017 Meeting

by Valerie Jordanon 3 May 2017in Inside VJI, news

Kennesaw, May 3, 2017 ― VJI President, Valerie Jordan, lead the first Enrich Meeting for 2017 on May 3. The entire V Jordan Inc. (VJI) team comes together three to four times per year for special off-site “Enrich” meetings to discuss ideas and ways to enrich the client experience, the employee experience, and the prospect experience. The Enrich meetings are apart from other company meetings and are dedicated solely to enriching experiences from three perspectives – the perspective of client, the perspective of the employee, and the perspective of the prospect.

VJI President, Valerie Jordan, steadfastly believes that better and innovative ideas come from bringing the entire team together to benefit from the comradery. She also strongly inserts that, “it is important to hold the meetings away from our normal work spaces when possible. A meeting offsite that is held at a unique venue, whether it be a small, historical place or a modern, sleek venue, facilitates the ability to focus on the goal of the meetings as well as allows a clearer look at ways of doing what we do and especially ways to enhance the experiences.”

“In addition to discussing and implementing innovative ideas, we all participate in team building activities which significantly contributes to motivation, creativity, and the strength of the VJI team,” says Jordan.

The May 3 Enrich 2017 meeting was held at the Kennesaw Depot located in the heart of charming downtown Kennesaw, Georgia and just across the street from the Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History.
