Kennesaw, June 6, 2016 ―VJI Client Development Manager Courtney Cole attended the First Monday Breakfast hosted by the Cobb Chamber of Commerce at the Cobb Galleria Centre on June 6. The breakfast usually has more than 300 of Cobb’s business elite in attendance and is the place to hear top speakers on national, regional, and community issues and to network with business professionals in the county.

The winners of the 2016 Small Businesses of the Year Awards and the Businesses to Watch Awards were announced at the breakfast. There were 25 finalists for the small business award and 5 finalists for the businesses to watch. “I was amazed at how many small businesses there are in Cobb County, and was very excited to see these companies being recognized for all their hard work,“ says Cole. The large audience at the event was given a brief overview for each company and each of the finalists and overall category winners was presented with a small plaque to honor their achievements.”
